By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, you ("customer," "client," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
- Trident Mobile Detailing offers mobile vehicle detailing services at customer-specified locations.
- Service availability is subject to weather conditions, accessibility, and safety of the service location.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the working environment poses a risk to our staff or equipment.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Customers must ensure the service location has adequate space, lighting, and water/electrical access (if required).
- If a location is unsuitable, services may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed on our website, promotional materials, or agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

- Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, oversized vehicles, or other special conditions.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may occur during or after service (e.g., power windows, locks, alarms).
- Customers must disclose any special conditions (aftermarket modifications, fragile materials, etc.) prior to service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include a touch-up or partial refund at our discretion.
7. Warranty & Limitations
- We do not guarantee permanent removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants.
- Results vary based on the age, condition, and prior care of the vehicle.
8. Safety & Accessibility
- We require a safe, legal, and accessible workspace. If parking or access is restricted, the customer is responsible for providing alternative arrangements.
- For safety reasons, we do not perform services in unsafe areas or hazardous conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
- Trident Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County/Arizona
